ExOne Prices Public Offering Of 2.66 Mln Shares At $62.00/shr

(RTTNews) - ExOne Co. (XONE) announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 2.66 million shares of its common stock at a price of $62.00 per share. Of the 2.66 million shares sold, 1.11 million shares were sold by ExOne and 1.55 million were sold by certain selling stockholders.

The company expects that the proceeds to the company from the sale of shares to be about $64.8 million after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.

The closing of the offering is expected to take place on September 13, 2013. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 398,400 shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders.
