ExOne Names Brian Smith CFO

(RTTNews) - ExOne Co. (XONE) said Tuesday that Brian Smith will join the company as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on January 1, 2014.

John Irvin, the company's current Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will assume the role of Special Advisor to the Chairman. Upon assuming his new role, he will remain on the company's Board of Directors and will report to S. Kent Rockwell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Brian Smith, 55, will join ExOne upon departing as an Assurance Client Service Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he serves in the firm's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
