Erie Insurance ranked highest in Mid-Atlantic on J.D. Power U.S. Auto Insurance Study

ERIE, Pa., June 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Erie Insurance has received the highest customer satisfaction ranking for the Mid-Atlantic region on the 2018 J.D. Power U.S. Auto Insurance Study. This marks the fourth time ERIE has won in the Mid-Atlantic region since the study moved to regional awards in 2012. The Mid-Atlantic region includes Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

The ranking is based on a Customer Satisfaction Index score, which examined five factors: interaction, policy offerings, price, billing process and policy information and claims.

In April, Erie Insurance received top honors for the sixth consecutive year on the 2018 J.D. Power Insurance Shopping StudySM.
