TMK Announces its 2016 Capital Markets Days in London

TMK ('TMK' or 'the Company'- LSE: TMKS), one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, will be hosting a Capital Markets Day ("CMD") in London on 17th October 2016.

The event will mark TMK's 15th anniversary and 10th anniversary of GDR listing on the London Stock Exchange.

A series of presentations will provide a full overview of the Company's strategy as well as ongoing developments, operations, financial targets and the current market environment. These will be given by TMK's senior management and Board members, including:

Dmitry Pumpyanskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Vladimir Shmatovich, Vice President for Strategy and Business Development

Sergey Alekseev, Marketing Director

Piotr Galitzine, Chairman and CEO of TMK IPSCO

The presentations will be held at The London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4 M7LS.
