EQS-News: ESGTI AG: Extension of financial year 2022

Hünenberg, 25.5.2023 - The Board of Directors of ESGTI AG (ticker: ESGTI) has decided to extend the financial year 2022 until 30 April 2023, thus also postponing the balance sheet date for the financial year 2022 to 30 April 2023. In the future, ESGTI will close the financial year from 1 May to 30 April and thus four months later than its subsidiaries (end of financial year on 31 December each year). This will provide ESGTI with an organisational advantage for the future. 
This ad hoc announcement supplements the announcement made by ESGTI last Friday.
