Advanced Blockchain AG extends Executive Board contract of Hatem Elsayed until the end of 2027 and announces Investor Call

Berlin, August 21, 2025 – Advanced Blockchain AG (“ABAG”, Scale Frankfurt, Primary Market Düsseldorf, XETRA: ISIN DE000A0M93V6), a leading venture builder and investor in the blockchain sector, announces that the Supervisory Board has extended the Executive Board contract of COO Mr. Hatem Elsayed until December 31, 2027.

Annual General Meeting 2025
The Annual General Meeting of Advanced Blockchain AG will take place in physical form at the Blockchain Center of the Frankfurt School of Finance presumably in October 2025. In addition to the formal resolutions, the focus will be on the current status of the company’s strategy implementation as well as further operational growth plans.
