EOC Limited: Change in Name of the Company

Pursuant to the approval from the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM”) on 15 September 2014, the Board of Directors of EOC Limited (the "Company”) (OSE:EOC) wishes to announce that the name of the Company has been changed from "EOC Limited” to "EMAS Offshore Limited” with effect from 15 September 2014.
