All of these voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A. has informed us that the percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 3% on 28.02.2013 and amounts to 3,01% (994174 voting rights) on that day.
