Dynamic Systems Holdings Inc. Announces Delay of Accounting Filing

On June 26, 2014 the Board of Directors of Dynamic Systems Holdings Inc. reported that it has requested and received from GXG Markets an extension of 30 days to July 31, 2014 on the filing of the Company’s 2013 Audited Financial Report. This is due to amended tax filings for the year ending January 31, 2012 which have been filed with CRA.

Allen Scott, President states that changes have taken place in the company’s operations and further announcements will take place when the 2013 audited statements are released.
