On December 02, 2015, Internationale Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Düsseldorf, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on UMS United Medical Systems International AG, Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 25, 2015 and on that day amounted to 10.03% (this corresponds to 477229 Voting Rights). 1.89% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 90025 Voting Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
