New company name: SilverSpring Management Group AG New registered office: 8044 Zurich, Voltastrasse 61 New Board of Directors: Andreas Bihrer, Attorney at Law in Zurich and Gregory F. Buck, CPA in Abbotsford, Canada. Further it was resolved to change the fiscal year to 30 June. Therefore the business year 2017 will be extended and closed as per June 30, 2018.
