- Preliminary publication of preliminary consolidated figures for financial year 2018 - Publication of the Consolidated Financial Statements of elumeo SE on 6 May 2019 Berlin, 17 April 2019 - elumeo SE, the leading electronic retailer for gemstone jewelry in Europe, will publish its Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year 2018 on 6 May 2019 instead of 29 April 2019, as initially planned. The reason for this is that production by the Group company PWK Jewelry Company Ltd. was discontinued at the end of 2018. This means it has to be accounted for as a discontinued operation. The change in accounting will take additional time. On the originally announced publication date, 29 April 2019, elumeo SE will publish preliminary Group figures for financial year 2018 and make them available for download on its website (http://www.elumeo.com in the IR/Presentations & Webcasts section). The company assumes that these (unaudited) figures will be included in the Consolidated Financial Statements without any further changes.
