Braas Monier signs agreement to acquire J.A. Plastindustri A/S

Luxembourg, 27 November 2015. Braas Monier signed an agreement to acquire Danish J.A. Plastindustri A/S (J.A. Plast) on 26 November 2015. J.A. Plast's product range covers components for roofing materials such as tiles, metal, fibre cement and asphalt shingles. It focuses on sanitary and roof space ventilation, skylights and complementary accessories such as flashings, end pieces and special vents. As a pure OEM producer, J.A. Plast has more than 40 years of experience in the production of customised roofing accessories, providing premium product quality and offers a high degree of flexibility. Main business geographies are Northern Europe including the UK and Eastern Europe.

The acquisition will be financed from free cash flow and is expected to close in the new year.
