mybet Holding SE: Forecast for financial year 2016 amended

Berlin, October 25, 2016. According to preliminary results for the third quarter 2016 mybet Holding SE has generated group revenues of around EUR 35 million in the first nine months of the financial year 2016. Thus, the third quarter showed a continuation of the negative trend in revenues from the previous quarters. Due to this revenue development, meeting the current revenue forecast is no longer realistic, even when taking into account a possibly evolving positive impulse from the newly introduced IT platform at the end of the year. Therefore mybet Holding SE reduces the existing revenue forecast for the full year 2016. The CEO now expects group revenues for the full year 2016 to be between EUR 43 and 46 million. The previous forecast included annual revenues between EUR 59 and 62 million.

The EBIT forecast remains unchanged still providing positive low-seven- figure EBIT (incl. effects of the pferdewetten.de transaction).
