Citi Appointed Successor Depositary Bank for Technip’s ADR Programme

Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Technip S.A. ("Technip”), a world leader in project management, engineering and construction for the energy industry, as successor depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme. Technip’s ADRs trade in the US over the counter ("OTC”) market under symbol "TKPPY” with a ratio of four (4) ADRs equivalent to one (1) ordinary share. The ordinary shares are listed on Euronext Paris and trade under symbol "TEC”.

"Citi is delighted to be appointed by Technip as successor depositary bank for its Level 1 ADR programme,” said Dirk Jones, Global Head of Issuer Services, at Citi. "We will work closely with Technip to assist them in identifying new investors, increase the visibility of the group in the US and provide best-in-class service to the company’s ADR holders.”
