CDON Group AB: Clarification in Relation to Information in Media on September 20, 2013

With regards to an interview by Fredrik Bengtsson, head of media and investor relations at CDON Group AB, with Nyhetsbyrån Direkt the company would hereby like to make the following clarifications:

· Nelly.com sales have been negatively affected during the third quarter due to the unusually warm weather. Sales for the third quarter 2013 are expected to be higher compared to the same period last year but lower than the second quarter 2013.

· As an effect of lower revenue, EBIT for Nelly.com is expected to be slightly negative for the third quarter 2013.

· Sales of media related products within CDON.com are estimated to decline by approximately 25-30 per cent compared to the same period last year which is in line with the company’s expectations.

CDON Group AB’s quarterly report for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2013 will be released as planned 8:00 a.m. CET on October 21 2013.
