CBS Outdoor FFO Surges

(RTTNews) - CBS Outdoor Americas Inc (CBSO) Tuesday reported third-quarter funds from operations of $292.6 million compared with $80.3 million last year.

Excluding items, adjusted FFO for the quarter was $0.58 per share compared with $0.56 per share a year ago.

Net earnings for the quarter were $248.3 million or $2.06 per share compared with $37.2 million or $0.31 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter were $336.5 million compared with $338.2 million in the prior year.

CBS Outdoor Americas leases advertising space on out-of-home advertising structures and sites.
