Cartier Resources To Sell La Pause Property To Sunset Cove Mining - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Cartier Resources Inc. (ECR.V) said it has agreed to sell the La Pause gold property, of which Cartier has a 100 percent interest, to Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (SSM.V) in consideration of the issuance of 1 million common shares of Sunset Cove Mining. The company added that there are no cash payments and exploration expenditure commitments forming part of this transaction.

The La Pause Property comprises 36 claims and is located 800 meters north of the Westwood Mine, near the Town of Cadillac, in Quebec. Cartier will retain a 2 percent net smelter return royalty, with each tranche of 1 percent NSR being redeemable for C$1 million.
