Carbon Streaming Announces Executive Change

Carbon Streaming Corporation (NEO: NETZ) (OTCQB: OFSTF) (FSE: M2Q) ("Carbon Streaming” or the "Company”) today announced that Michael Psihogios has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for personal reasons. Justin Cochrane, the current Executive Chairman, has been named Chief Executive Officer and will resume that role effective immediately.
