Cabot Appoints Steve Delahunt As Interim CFO

(RTTNews) - Tuesday, Cabot Corp. (CBT) announced the appointment of Steve Delahunt, Vice President and Corporate Treasurer, as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

The move comes after CFO Erica McLaughlin was promoted to the Chief Executive Officer role, succeeding Sean Keohane.

Over his tenure at Cabot, Delahunt has played an integral role in the company's capital allocation strategy, financing activities, investor engagement and execution of strategic growth initiatives.

The company added that it has commenced the search process for a new CFO.

In pre-market hours, CBT was trading at $80.73, down 0.04 percent on the NYSE.
