Burger King Prices Secondary Offering of Common Stock

Burger King Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BKC) today announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 21 million shares of its common stock being offered by certain selling shareholders at a price to the public of $22 per share. In addition, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 3.15 million shares of common stock to cover over-allotments. The selling shareholders are private equity funds controlled by Texas Pacific Group, the Goldman Sachs Funds, Bain Capital Partners and certain charities that may receive shares of common stock from Bain Capital Partners or its affiliates.
