Brazil's GOL Prices Offering Of $325 Mln 8.875% Senior Notes Due 2022

(RTTNews) - Brazilian low-cost low-fare airline Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GOL) announced late Thursday that it has priced an offering of $325 million 8.875 percent Senior Notes due 2022.

GOL is the guarantor of the Notes issued by its subsidiary, Gol LuxCo S.A. The Notes constitute senior unsecured obligations of Gol LuxCo and may be redeemed after four years.

The company noted that Gol LuxCo intends to use the proceeds from the offering primarily to purchase for cash any and all of Gol LuxCo outstanding 10.750 percent senior notes due 2023, Gol Finance outstanding 9.250 percent senior notes due 2020, and Gol Finance outstanding 7.50 percent senior notes due 2017, tendered in connection with the previously announced tender offers.
