Bonds 1%, Maturing on 18 January 2018, Convertible into New Publicis Shares or Exchangeable into Existing Publicis Shares – Early Redemption at Holders’ Option

Pursuant to article 2.3.5.5 (Early Redemption at Holders’ Option) of the offering memorandum (note d’opération), forming part of the Prospectus that received COB visa no. 02-020 of 10 January 2002, relating to the issuance on 18 January 2002 of bonds 1%, maturing on 18 January 2018, convertible into new shares or exchangeable into existing Publicis shares (ISIN FR0000180127 – the "Bonds”), the company Publicis Groupe S.A. informs holders of the Bonds that they have the option to request the early redemption, which would occur on 20 January 2014, of all or part of their Bonds at the Early Redemption Price of € 48.74 per Bond.

Holders who wish to obtain the early redemption of all or part of their Bonds will have to make such request, at the latest on the tenth business day prior to the early redemption date, i.e. 6 January 2014, to the financial intermediary at which their Bonds are held, which shall transmit such request to the financial services establishment, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Les Grands Moulins de Pantin, 9 rue du débarcadère 93671 PANTIN.
