Baylin Technologies Completes IPO, Commences Trading On TSX - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Baylin Technologies Inc. (BYL.TO) Wednesday completed its initial public offering and will begin trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol BYL.

As part of the offering, the company issued 6,253,125 common shares at a price of $8.00 per share.

Gross proceeds attributable to Baylin Technologies is estimated to be around $50.0 million, including the over-allotment, which was fully exercised by the underwriters concurrently with the completion of the offering.
