Bank am Bellevue AG will not participate in the US tax program

After an in-depth review, the Board of Directors of Bank am Bellevue AG has decided that the bank will not participate in the US tax program overseen by the US Department of Justice (DOJ). An investigation performed by an experienced US law firm revealed no violations of US tax laws.
