According to a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing dated Nov. 7, 2025, the fund acquired 20,628 GTLS shares. The purchase brought its reported stake in the industrial machinery company to $4.13 million by quarter-end. This new position accounted for 4.4% of BCK Capital’s 13F reportable assets under management at the end of Q3.
