Bainbridge Begins Management of Sherwood Oaks in Riverview, Fla.

New York-based real estate investment management firm GMF Capital, LLC recently purchased Sherwood Oaks and selected Bainbridge to manage the community. The firm specializes in acquiring value-add rental properties with a strategy dedicated to improving residents' living experience through enhancing the physical quality of each property, as well as implementing best-in-class management practices.
