Axion Announces Results from its Annual General and Special Meeting

VANCOUVER, Oct. 12, 2017 /CNW/ - Axion Ventures Inc. ("Axion Ventures" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AXV) announces that all resolutions presented at the Company's annual general and special meeting held on Thursday, October 12, 2017, including the appointment of directors, the appointment of Mazars LLP as auditors and approval of the Company's stock option plan, were unanimously approved by the shareholders of the Company present at the meeting (or represented by proxy).
