Autohome President, CFO Resign, Names New CFO, Effective Immediately

(RTTNews) - Autohome Inc. (ATHM), an online destination for automobile consumers in China, announced Thursday that Jun Zou has been appointed as the chief financial officer.

The company noted that Yan Kang and Julian Jiun-lang Wang have resigned as president and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, respectively. Kang and Wang also resigned from the board of directors of the Company.

In pre-market on the NYSE, Autohome shares were losing 3.71 percent to $61.32.

The appointment and resignations all took effect as of September 28.

The company noted that the resignations of Kang and Wang were not due to any disagreement with the company regarding its business, finance, accounting and/or any other affairs. Following their resignations, the Board is now comprised of seven members.

The new Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Zou, has over 23 years of experience in financial management and capital markets in the U.S., Europe and China. He most recently served as iDreamSky's chief financial officer.
