Atlas Copco's Final Price For Edwards Group Agreed - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Atlas Copco AB (ATLKF.PK), a Swedish supplier of sustainable productivity solutions, said it has agreed the final price for the acquisition of UK-based industrial technology company Edwards Group Ltd. (EVAC).

Edwards' Annual Report for 2013 is currently audited and accepted by Atlas Copco AB. Pursuant to the agreement, Atlas Copco would make an additional payment of $1.25 per share on March 10, 2014. Atlas Copco initially paid $9.25 per share, giving a total purchase price of $10.50 per share. This corresponds to an enterprise value of 9.9 billion Swedish Kronor, whereof around 2.1 billion kronor of net debt at the time of completion.
