ARRIS Buys SeaWell Networks - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ARRIS (ARRS) announced it has acquired Mississauga, Ontario-based SeaWell Networks. The company said it is integrating SeaWell's adaptive bit rate streaming technologies and talent into its Network & Cloud business. The combined portfolio - of IP video, multiscreen, and ad insertion solutions - will be the enabler for next-gen TV and advertising services, ARRIS said.
