Applica Incorporated to Release and Webcast Its 2005 First-Quarter Fin

MIRAMAR, Fla., April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Applica Incorporated will issue its 2005 first-quarter financial results before the market opens on Thursday, April 28, 2005.

Applica will hold a conference call on the same day at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, to discuss its first-quarter results and to give guidance on future results and trends in operations. Harry D. Schulman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Terry Polistina, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Michael J. Michienzi, President - Household Products Division, will host the call.
