Alight Names Russell Fradin Chairman, Adds Three New Board Members;Stock Up

(RTTNews) - Alight, Inc. (ALIT) Thursday announced leadership changes in which it has appointed Russell Fradin as Chairman of its Board, succeeding William Foley, II.

Fradin previously served as CEO of SunGard Data Systems and Aon Hewitt.

Additionally, Robert Schriesheim, former CFO of Sears Holdings and Hewitt Associates; Robert Lopes, Jr., former CEO of Veritude and executive at Randstad and Fidelity; and Mike Hayes, former COO of VMware and senior leader at Cognizant Technologies, have joined the Board.

Foley will remain on the Board as a member, ensuring continuity in leadership and strategic direction.

ALIT is currently trading at $6.95, up 4.04 percent or $0.29 on the New York Stock Exchange.
