After-market Movers For Aug 12 (YUM, SINA, ARTX, NQ)

SINA Corp. (SINA) gained 5 percent to $84.94. The company's second quarter earnings and net revenues were above Wall Street view. The company also forecast third quarter net revenues above the consensus estimate.

Arotech Corp. (ARTX) surged 30 percent to $2.34. The company swung to a profit in its second quarter. Revenues for the quarter rose 9.9 percent. The company increased its 2013 guidance stating that all parts of its business are performing well and ahead of its expectations.

NQ Mobile Inc. (NQ) rose 4 percent to $16.60. The company's second quarter results topped Wall Street view. The company guided third quarter net revenues above Street view and also raised the full year 2013 net revenue guidance.

Decliners:

Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM) declined 4 percent to $71.51. The company announced that its July same-store sales declined an estimated 13 percent for the China Division, including an estimated decline of 16 percent at KFC and 3 percent growth at Pizza Hut Casual Dining. The company said KFC sales were negatively impacted by the residual effects of adverse publicity surrounding the December poultry supply incident. At the same time, the company forecast China Division same-store sales to recover over the course of the year and be positive in the fourth quarter.
