Activision Completes 7-Year Syndication Of $2.5 Bln Term Loan Credit Facility
(RTTNews) - Activision Blizzard, Inc. (ATVI) announced that it has completed a syndication of a seven year secured term loan credit facility of $2.5 billion. The company also expects to secure a revolving credit facility of $250 million.
The California based company intends to use the net proceeds of the Term Loan B, along with cash on hand and proceeds from the notes offering to finance the consideration to be paid by the Company to Vivendi S.A. and to pay the fees and expenses incurred in connection with the Transactions.
