Actavis Appoints Former CEO Paul Bisaro As Executive Chairman - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Actavis plc (ACT) Tuesday said it has appointed its former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Paul Bisaro to the newly created position of Executive Chairman of the Board.

The company further said it has appointed recently appointed CEO and President, Brenton Saunders, to the Board. The company also named Nesli Basgoz and Christopher Coughlin to the Board. Basgoz and Coughlin are former members of the Board of Forest Laboratories, Inc. (FRX).

Actavis said separately today that it has concluded the $28 billion acquisition of Forest Laboratories, Inc.
