ACE Appoints Ruth Polyblank as Head of Marketing and Customer Strategy, UK & Ireland

ACE Group today announced the promotion of Ruth Polyblank to the newly-created role of Head of Marketing and Customer Strategy for its UK & Ireland region, as the company continues to further strengthen its customer focus across its business strategy, client proposition and service delivery.

In this new position, Ruth will hold responsibility for leading a number of new strategic projects focused on customer innovation, particularly within ACE’s UK & Ireland corporate and major risks segments. Ruth will also continue to oversee all marketing activities for the region.

Ruth was previously UK & Ireland Marketing and Communications Manager, a position she took up in October 2010. Before joining ACE, Ruth held marketing roles at CLS, Ernst & Young, Fusion Insurance and Equity.

Reporting to David Robinson, Regional President, UK & Ireland, Ruth takes up her new role with immediate effect and continues to be based in London.
