Acadia Realty Trust Announces 26% Increase In Q4 Profit

(RTTNews) - Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) revealed a profit for its fourth quarter that advanced from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $25.38 million, or $0.35 per share. This was up from $20.16 million, or $0.30 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.36 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 6.6% to $51.16 million. This was down from $54.77 million last year.
