London, 04 October 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the amendments to the transaction documents of the Banca Carige Mortgage Covered Bonds Programme (Residential) (the "Programme") will not, in and of themselves and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the Ba1 rating assigned to the covered bonds issued by Banca Carige S.p.A. ("Banca Carige" or the "Issuer") under the Programme.

Die US-Börsen präsentierten sich zum Wochenschluss kaum bewegt. Die asiatischen Börsen zeigten sich am Freitag leichter.
