titled, "How Online Collaboration is Changing
the World—The Use of Technology for Rapid,

May 30, 2008 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EDT.
The Hope Program, which is led by the faculty and staff at Massachusetts
General Hospital and Partners AIDS Research Center, uses Saba Centra to
conduct a bi-monthly, online conference series that involves doctors
located at more than 50 sites within the U.S., Africa, Asia and the
Caribbean. This series has proven to be a very successful way for
physicians around the world to share experiences, research and
complicated medical cases.
During this Webcast, Dr. Raj Gandhi, director of HIV Clinical Services
and Education at the Massachusetts General Hospital and assistant
professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, will highlight the
benefits of and real-world best practices around international online
collaboration. Attendees will learn how The Hope Program has used
technology to overcome the challenges of distance and costly
face-to-face training and to utilize effective blended learning to
advance training in HIV medicine.
"The Hope Program is a great example of how
organizations are using Saba Centra to deliver cost-effective distance
learning and education,” said A.G. Lambert,
vice president, product marketing for Saba. "By
attending this informative and inspiring Webcast, organizations of all
types can learn best-practices around how to incorporate Web
conferencing and collaboration technology to promote effective knowledge
transfer and enhance organizational performance.”
Saba Centra is an easy-to-use Web conferencing and collaboration
solution that enables employees to collaborate and contribute to
organizational knowledge. By capturing knowledge-transfer as it happens,
