New Residential Investment Q2 Profit Declines - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - New Residential Investment Corp. (NRZ) said second-quarter net income attributable to common stockholders declined to $75.1 million from $123.5 million. Earnings per share rose to $0.37 from $0.88.

Core earnings per share were $0.45 in the just concluded quarter.

Net interest income climbed to $96.31 million from $56.14 million, while total other income plunged to $37.65 million from $177.89 million in the prior year.

On May 14, 2015, New Residential announced an 18 percent increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend, from $0.38 per common share in the first quarter of 2015 to $0.45 per common share for the second quarter of 2015.
