Invesco Ltd. Reports 6% Decline In Q3 Profit

(RTTNews) - Invesco Ltd. (IVZ) revealed earnings for third quarter that declined from last year.

The company said its bottom line dropped to $246.2 million, or $0.60 per share. This was lower than $261.4 million, or $0.61 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.61 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 5.3% to $854.7 million. This was down from $903.0 million last year.
