DigitalGlobe CFO Yancey Spruill To Step Down

(RTTNews) - DigitalGlobe, Inc. (DGI) said Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, Yancey Spruill, will step down on October 1, 2014 to pursue other opportunities.

The company said it has commenced a search to identify a new CFO, and has retained executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles to assist with that process. Spruill will continue in his role as CFO and will support the search for his successor.

Spruill joined DigitalGlobe in 2004 after a career as an investment banker and as a manufacturing engineer, and has served as the company's CFO during his entire tenure.
