HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: Supervisory Board Chairman Otto Holzkamp passed away

Lehrte, October 10, 2017 - It is with great sadness that HELMA Eigenheimbau AG announces that Otto Holzkamp, who has been the company's Supervisory Board Chairman since 2004, died yesterday at the age of 75.

Until a successor is elected, the Supervisory Board will be headed on a provisional basis by its Deputy Chairman, Sven Aßmann.

CEO Karl-Heinz Maerzke remarks: "The Supervisory Board, Management Board and staff of HELMA mourn the passing of Otto Holzkamp. Our thoughts and profound sympathy are with his family and relatives. Otto Holzkamp played a significant role in helping to shape the successful development of our company during his many years as Supervisory Board Chairman.
