German Startups Group plans to issue a convertible bond

Berlin, 13 February 2018 - German Startups Group intends to issue a convertible bond of 3m EUR, without subscription rights of shareholders. The bond shall be convertible into 1.198.330 shares, term 5 years, interest rate 8% p.a. and the conversion price 2.50 EUR per share. A potential buyer intends to subscribe for the convertible bond in full. The particular bond terms are still being negotiated. The issuance is also still subject to approval of the supervisory board of the company.
