CONSUS REAL ESTATE AG: Commencement of Subscription Period expected approximately one week later

Consus Real Estate AG announced yesterday that it contemplates to increase its share capital by issuing a total of up to 39.9 million newly issued ordinary registered shares with no par value at a subscription ratio of 11 : 23 and at a subscription price of EUR 7.20 per newly issued share.
Due to a required update of the capitalization table the prospectus is expected to be published approximately one week later than initially planned, for which reason the commencement of the two-week subscription period is expected one week later as well.
