Hot Chili Limited (ASX: HCH) (TSX: HCH) (OTCQB: HHLKF) ('Hot Chili' or 'Company') advises of the resignation of Lloyd Flint as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer effective after the General Meeting on 31^stJanuary 2022.

Hot Chili would like to thank Mr Flint for his significant contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best for the future.

Hot Chili advises that Penelope Beattie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
