United Power Technology AG appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Eschborn, Germany, 8 April 2016 - The Supervisory Board of United Power Technology AG appointed Mr. Zhong Jiayang (39) as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of United Power Technology AG with effect of 11 April 2016. Jiayang has been working for the group for seven years, most recently as finance director. He had taken the interim management of this new function already by the end of June 2015 when the former CFO resigned and will continue to take over all responsibilities concerning finance, reporting activities and general Investor Relations matters.
