Today the member of the Management Board of CONSUS Real Estate AG (ISIN DE000A2DA414), Stanley Bronisz, has informed the Company that he will step down from his office as member of the Management Board by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board with effect from 31 December 2017. A corresponding termination agreement between the company, represented by the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Bronisz, has been concluded. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Mr. Bronisz for his services rendered to CONSUS Real Estate AG and his continued commitment.
