Accuray Appoints Kevin Waters As CFO

(RTTNews) - Accuray Inc. (ARAY) said Tuesday that it has promoted Kevin Waters to Chief Financial Officer, effective as of today.

Waters, who was formerly Senior Vice President, Finance, succeeds Gregory Lichtwardt who retired as Executive Vice President, Operations, and Chief Financial Officer of the company effective as of September 14. Lichtwardt will continue in a consulting role with the company for an interim period.

Waters joined Accuray as its Senior Vice President, Finance, in October 2013. Prior to joining Accuray, he was employed by Conceptus Inc. as its Corporate Controller from October 2006 until January 2008, and most recently as its Vice President, Finance, from January 2008 until October 2013. Waters began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
